Frequently Asked Questions

Gross weight refers to the weight of the package after it has been packed.

We will pack your parcel properly under your supervision, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

When a package is shipped internationally, it must go through customs clearance. If there are any issues with the clearance process, such as missing paperwork or inspections, this can cause a delay in the delivery of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for clearance delays.

Yes, we can send homemade foods such as pickles, sweets, and snacks.

Our rate of 500 Rs per kg includes the labor cost of packing, but materials used for packing will be charged at nominal rates.

The rates vary based on weight and current promotions. You can find the most up-to-date information on our rates page. Please note that the government service tax of 12.36% is not included in the quoted rates.

To ensure the safe delivery of food items, we require all food materials to be packed with NRI packing using vacuum-sealed packaging. This helps prevent any damage to the package or other items during transport. For pickles, the additional charge for NRI packing is Rs. 30/-, while all other food materials will be charged Rs. 20/-. We take every precaution to ensure that your food items reach their destination in good condition.

We do not have any weight restrictions, but if your package weighs around 150 kg, please get in touch with us for discounted rates. These heavier packages will be shipped as a single consignment but divided into multiple boxes for easier handling during transport.

No, our office is closed on Sundays.

We determine the weight for payment by taking the higher value of the physical or volumetric weight, which is calculated differently for domestic and international shipments. You can find the calculation for volumetric weight under the "Volume" tab on our website. For instance, if your actual weight is 10 kgs and the volumetric weight is 12 kgs, you will be charged based on 12 kgs. Our weights are always rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg. So, if the weight of your package is 10.2 kgs, then you will be charged 10.5 kgs. This helps us ensure fair and accurate billing for all of our customers
